Which can lead to increased hunger and cravings for unhealthy foods. Additionally, negative emotions like anger or sadness can be powerful triggers for overeating. And unhealthy behaviors such as smoking or drinking.

Understanding your emotional triggers is crucial for helping you make wise choices. And avoid contributing to your own weight problems. If you know what causes you to overeat or become angry. You can start taking steps to address those issues before they lead to bigger problems down the line.
